Order Cancellation
Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
After Shipment: If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you may return the item after delivery following our return policy.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging intact.

Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos. We will offer a replacement or full refund upon review.
Wrong Item Received: If you receive the wrong item, we will provide a free return label and send you the correct product.
General Returns: If you wish to return an item for any other reason, the return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility. Once we receive the item, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 3-7 business days.
